Overview
The nationally recognised Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) qualification develops your skills and knowledge enabling candidates to perform the role of a trainer, facilitator or assessor in the workplace. This qualification is also suitable for those in management or leadership positions that need to coach their staff and communicate in a clear and concise manner.
Objectives
· Learn to plan and design learning programs for your workplace or industry
· Facilitate individual, group and work-based learning
· Develop assessment tools to assess people in their jobs and in training programs
· Become qualified as a vocational teacher and have the required skills to work as an industry trainer

Delivery options
This program can be delivered over 10 day sessions running 9.00am – 5.00pm or in intensive clusters such as 2-3 day workshops or over 10 weeks one day per week. We work with businesses to tailor a program design suitable in delivery, designed for your industry and with tailored contextual assessments. Program delivery is usually on the client site or nominated by the client.
